The Corliss Landing Condominium, once home to Corliss Steam Engine Manufacturing built in 1835 and converted to condos in the mid-eighties, wanted to promote their spaces, comprising of a building and a courtyard.

The Condominium is located right by the Providence marina, and faces one of the most iconic landmark of the city, the old power plant with it's 3 chimneys.
